Interfaces with relevant stakeholders to assist in lifecycle activities such as requirements gathering, research activities, and solution architecture and design.

If a Master's Degree: Requires three (3) years of relevant experience

If a Bachelor's Degree: Requires five (5) years of experience

Requires prior experience with R, Python, or other analytics/data mining tools, databases, and computer programming.

Requires prior experience in developing complex solutions utilizing programming and/or software tools.

Requires prior experience in building and deploying predictive models and other analytic translational research.

Responsible for management team, capital, operations budgets, PACS, Radiation Safety, quality metrics, patient experience, and Mission Partner engagement.

3 years management experience with progressive increase in management responsibility.

Demonstrated computer skills for spread sheet, data-base management, and work processing and the ability to learn software programs as needed.

Program development/evaluation knowledge and experience.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.

Previous leadership/management experience in a healthcare setting is required

Oversee safety policies and education of staff on the use of equipment

Work with vendors to resolve equipment malfunctions and to ensure all regulatory requirements regarding equipment performance are met

Monitor and share patient satisfaction feedback and work with staff to address negative feedback to improve patient experience

Delegate work duties and responsibilities

Proven leadership, planning, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Mentors Managers and maintains positive morale with direct reports and staff.

Manage expenses associated with staff, supplies, and equipment maintenance. Focusing on maximizing efficiencies and cost savings.

A minimum of five years of experience managing a multi-modality Radiology practice.

Excellent Communication Skills (both verbal and written).

Sound Problem-Solving, Judgment, and Decision-Making Skills.

Prioritized Must Have Skills For The Assistant Director, Radiology

Maintain State licenses and/or ARRT Certification, health requirements, and operational requirements.

Specialty: Manager of Operations - Radiology

Weekend Requirements: Based on case load- will constitute as overtime if needed

ARRT:R.T Leadership experience - 2- 5 years

Shift Schedule: 8 hrs per day; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Valid driver’s license in the applicable state and in good current standing at all times.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MHA or related degree preferred.

ARRT preferred, but not required.

Employees in this position will operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose as a "non-frequent driver."

DICOM medical imaging management, archival and security

Scientific data management, archival and security

Application of HIPAA privacy requirements within a medical research environment.

Bachelor’s degree required. IS degree preferred.

Years of exp: 0- 2, ideally.

Ability to work well with others

5 years of Radiology experience required. 2 years progressive management experience required.

Possess excellent leadership and management skills.

Registered by ARRT or CNMT based on specialty.

Ability to work flexible hours.
