PhD w/ 8 year of experience OR MS w/ 10 years of experience.

Experience with Economic Modeling, Budget Impact Modeling, and Cost-Effective Analysis.

Lead the integrated evidence gerenation sub team for products under development, and working with global, regional and local cross-functional colleagues.

Lead the development of the integrated evidence generation plan.

Background in HEOR, RWE/RWD, OR Epidemiology.

Director - Global Health Economics & Outcomes Research l Hybrid - Cambridge, MA

Develop and monitor budgets for individual physician practices.

Overall operational responsibility for physician practices as assigned.

Assist in recruiting physicians and extenders for assigned practices.

Develop working relationships with physicians and extenders for assigned practices in order to help retain providers.

Three years managing multiple physician practices

§ MBA or 2 years management consulting experience preferred

Have deep understanding of consulting or advisory client management working with C-level teams

Have deep knowledge of the US health care ecosystem and health systems / care delivery

Successfully developed enterprise partnerships for a technology-based platform, such as EMRs, telehealth, or other complex medical or healthcare technologies

The Director of Provider Solutions will be responsible for sourcing, structuring, and closing enterprise-level health system partnerships.

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Identify critical risks and issues and drive resolutions, using contingency planning and demonstrating appropriate risk management.

Demonstrate, educate and create Provider practice management systems, provider information management and forecasting projection for maximized efficiency around our provider group

Work with Business Relationship Manager to increase Provider retention through early assessments and proactive and consistent boundary setting and relationship building.

Develops and produces in-depth training plans for scalability and works collaboratively with Business Development Manager to create budget benchmarks.

Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of cultivating and career pathing team members

Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management or a related field required.

5 years of progressive leadership experience, including direct supervision of staff, in managed care, providers or health plans required.

Medicaid managed care, Medicare risk-contract, or commercial Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) insurance experience required.

Master’s degree in Health Care Management or related field.

Medi-Cal managed care plan experience or related government client or public sector experience.

Directs training of providers to promote cost-effective managed care, compliance, and enhancement of service standards.

Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team of professionals.
