10 years of increasing accounting responsibilities with prior project controls/cost management
Review monthly project financial reports in accordance with GAAP accounting principles, including WIP management.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Knowledge of percentage of completion accounting is required.
Experience within construction industry is required; experience with property restoration is plus
Must be a self-starter, with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
