Develop, manage, and maintain client relationships with both client personnel and its fund investors.

Manage assigned fund accountants and their work.

Comfortable growing and leading a team, remotely.

Successfully execute all client monthly, quarterly and annual deliverables.

Remote - Required to live in the NYC Metro area

Base Salary: $170,000 - $180,000

OTE - $260,000 - $300,000

·2–3 years of management consulting with strong knowledge of people and organization practices

Work with Account Management Leadership to build robust account renewal plans and account expansion with the existing private equity firms

Continuously assess and communicate how to improve Entromy’s capabilities vs. private equity and portfolio company needs to improve experience, value delivery

Provide customer project management support to Account Management Leadership for customer engagement opportunities

Assist Account Management leadership with analyzing company Entromy assessments, identifying key themes/actions, and building debrief presentations
