This includes creating and implementing individual and team development plans, monitoring player progress, and providing feedback and guidance to players and coaches. The Director of Player Development will also work closely with the organization’s medical staff to ensure that players are receiving the best possible care and treatment. Additionally, the Director of Player Development will be responsible for organizing and overseeing team activities, such as team-building exercises, and providing support and guidance to players and coaches.
