Job Description

The position of Assistant Director of Player Personnel has two main objectives. The first involves managing the recruiting operations of the offensive staff. The ADPP’s second objective is to oversee on-campus visits for prospective players. It reports directly to the Director Player Personnel. The ideal candidate for this position is detail oriented, motivated, and adept at multi-tasking. Experience in a leadership role is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • 3+ years experience in Division 1 Football.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • The incumbent must be familiar with current recruiting technologies (Hudl, Arms, etc…) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc).
  • Applicants must demonstrate the ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.
  • Must have Knowledge of NCAA Compliance regulations
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Fulfill recruiting needs for assigned position coach.
  • Organize and moderate recruiting meetings with respective members of the coaching staff.
  • Gather and maintain up to date prospect information in ARMS recruiting database
  • Create and update individual prospect cutups in Hudl
  • Maintain proficient knowledge of NCAA regulations associated with current recruiting model.
  • Assist with the organization and execution of Summer Football Camps. (Youth, High School, etc…)
  • Plan and execute on campus visits for prospective student athletes and family members.
  • Host prospective student athlete(s) during their campus visit.
  • Work with position coach to develop recruiting travel itineraries.
  • Cultivate and maintain quality relationships with High School coaches.
