5+ years of manufacturing management experience - Ideally as a Plant Manager or Operations Lead within Packaging/Print/Manufacturing

Strong communication skills, written and verbal. Communicate effectively with all levels of management, including supervision and hourly associates.

Manage a team of circa 100 Employees

Manage and direct the day-to-day functions of the manufacturing operations in New Jersey.

Determine capacity requirements vs forecast and recommend needed capital expenditures to support business growth

Bachelor’s Degree educated with 10+ years of Packaging experience
