Successful Candidates Will Have The Following Skills & Experiences

Strong analytical skills; demonstrated ability to turn data in to a story

Previous experience in a consultant role – internal or external

Previous experience working with the C-suite of a global organization

Develop materials for presentations, interviews, executive sessions (i.e., Board of Directors, executive leadership, etc.).

Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

In-depth knowledge of total rewards practices, including compensation structures, benefits programs, recognition strategies, and incentive plans.

Strong understanding of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development.

Strong ability to drive change management intentionally.

Strong knowledge of relevant employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Technical skills: Proficiency in GSuite, Slack, Zoom, Excel, Apple computers, and other tools used to support a remote-work environment.
