Manage and oversee summer office interns through continuous coaching, mentoring, and fostering an environment where they have an opportunity to grow

Minimum 2 years of experience designing curricula for children between the ages of 6 and 15

This is an IN-PERSON, full-time position at Lavner Education's headquarters located in Narberth, PA

Coordinate and lead training and orientations for staff members

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

➢ Excellent organizational and time management skills to oversee multiple programs and activities simultaneously.

➢ Manage all site requirements and logistics related to the operations of the OST programs

➢ Supervise and coach staff and volunteers in the management of all activities and evaluate their performance.

➢ Provide input into the development and management of the OST budget.

➢ A minimum of three years of experience working with youth and developing and implementing educational programs.
