Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience working with military personnel, veterans, and their families
• Knowledge of military and veteran services, benefits, and programs
• Knowledge of military culture and the challenges faced by veterans
• Ability to develop and implement strategies to support military personnel, veterans, and their families
• Ability to communicate effectively with military personnel, veterans, and their families
• Ability to coordinate with other organizations to ensure that veterans and their families receive the services and support they need
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
