Director Of Men’s Basketball Operations Jobs in California

Conduct data entry projects using Excel or CSV.

Organize and co-manage prospect lists and scouting documents.

2+ years of team operations experience is a plus.

Extensive knowledge of amateur, collegiate, and/or professional basketball.

Previous experience with video platforms such as Synergy, HUDL, and/or Hoop 1 is preferred.

Strong organizational skills and effective communication techniques.

Experience in recruiting and retaining outstanding student-athletes preferred.

General knowledge of sport, including sport specialty or athletic function.

Knowledgeable in overall non-profit fundraising and development operations best practices.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.

Classification/grade: 2382 / Coaching Assistant / 0

General knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn, NCAA policies and procedures.

Commitment to academic integrity and compliance with University, conference and NCAA regulations.

Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures independently, and use judgment and discretion to act when precedents do not exist.

Ability to troubleshoot most office administration problems and respond to all inquiries and requests related to work area.

Ability to understand problems from a broader perspective and anticipate the impact of office administration problems and solutions on other areas.

Possession of (or ability to obtain by date of hire), a valid driver's License.
