The Director of Memory Care must have a strong understanding of dementia and Alzheimer's disease, as well as the ability to manage a team of caregivers and medical professionals. The Director of Memory Care will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans for residents, monitoring their progress, and providing support and guidance to staff. The Director of Memory Care will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with families and other healthcare providers, as well as ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
