Is eligible for certification as a therapeutic recreation specialist or as an activities professional OR

Has two years of experience in a social or recreational program OR

Leverage their experience and deep knowledge of Capability / Force Development cycle processes across target continents.

Designs, implements, and manages sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.

Manage the DCS sales pipeline, focusing on increased win probability.

Requires a strong knowledge of ITAR, DFAR’s FAR’s, OFEC and other export restrictions,

Requires. Extensive experience with EU/NATO bidding process, experience with setting up of distribution/agent networks globally.

Establish and lead DCS BD & capture team.

Preferred experience in hospitality and events coordination

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to establish effective relationships

Provide weekly/monthly e-mail blasts to General Manager regarding activities and events in the community

CMCA Certification preferred but not required

Job duties will include and are not limited to:

Responsible for answering phone calls in a courteous and friendly manner and assisting members with general questions

Certification as a C.O.T.A., and at least one-year experience in activities in a supervisory role OR

High School graduate with equivalent work experience.

Fluently read and write English and follow verbal and written job duties and schedules.

Bachelor’s Degree in Recreational Therapy OR
