Ensure proper management of CRM.

Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in international freight forwarding.

Vast knowledge of international freight components and flows.

Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.

This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Seek and prospect new international customer targets within a defined geographical territory to grow Steam's ocean, air, and customs business.

Create highest standard of resident experience, with dedication to resident choice and overall "can-do" approach to resident satisfaction.

Activities Certification preferred; must be eligible and willing to become certified in applicable state

Minimum one (1) year job experience in long-term care or similar environment

Lead daily resident and guest activities program, including oversight of other activities staff and volunteers.

Report to facility administrator; participates in facility Leadership Team.

Ensure that organization and regulatory expectations are met, including assessments, care plans, and documentation.

Skilled in leading program development and change management. Knowledge and experience regarding current issues in school activities/athletics management.

Knowledge and experience with current issues in activities & sports management, facilities and budgeting.

Bachelor's Degree in Education, Sports Management, or related fields

Experienced leader to guide and manage staff in an inclusive environment that fosters trust, respect, innovation and equitable outcomes.

$152,501 - $157,501/year depending on experience and education level.
