Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Change management expertise with the ability to drive cultural alignment and manage resistance to change.

Provide leadership and support to address concerns, manage expectations, and drive alignment around the integration vision.

Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements throughout the integration process.

PMP certification or similar training and qualification for program management preferred

Advanced knowledge of project/program management discipline

10 + years in Program / Project Management roles

Remote work available; reside near airport for ease of travel

Advanced knowledge of end-to-end integration/merger strategy

Effective written and verbal communication skills to provide clear purpose and direction, create alignment, and execute strategies
