Director – Integrated Supply Chain Jobs in Tennessee

Thorough knowledge of Supply Chain operations inclusive to Strategic Sourcing, Inventory Management, Logistics, and Demand Planning in multi-plant environment.

Prior experience with people management on a mid to large team

Accountable for supplier performance improvement and supplier relationship management.

Develop, implement and maintain an effective product end-of-life program to minimize exposure to obsolescence and extended service requirements.

Ten (10) plus years of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Logistics related experience within a professional environment.

Outstanding written and verbal skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

Ability to present data, discuss issues, challenge, and negotiate with all levels of management

Knowledge and experience in Union Avoidance laws and techniques

Manage distribution center employee relations. May help resolve escalated personnel-related problems and issues.

Oversee the primary activities of HR Senior Managers to ensure completion of tasks and attainment of departmental goals.

Responsible for all HR responsibilities of direct and indirect reports (e.g. hiring, coaching, training, appraising, etc.).

Knowledge of human resource policies, procedures, including development and delivery

Solid financial acumen, analytical, advanced problem solving, data management, and business partnership skills

Strong organization and time management skills; able to handle several assignments at one time while working in a matrix organization

Partner with executive management on strategic analyses

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting related field required

7+ years of financial analysis experience

Experience with financial reporting cycles, such as forecasts and budgets (AOP)
