Senior Director of Staff, Operations and Project Management

Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and deliverables.

Assist in hiring and developing junior staff members, promoting their professional growth and skill enhancement.

Strong understanding of the digital health landscape, including emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)

Demonstrate strong financial analysis, data analytic, interpretation and negotiation skills.

Demonstrate experience with designing and deploying broad organizational changes.

Demonstrate experience with developing and managing key business software programs, including website/repository implementation and content editing.

Research, recommend and track cash actions; Drive favorable cash performance.

Periodic travel may be required, not to exceed 10%.

7 years of direct Quality Assurance management experience in regulated industry (pharma/biotech and medical device)

Assist with establishing metrics and reporting the state of GCP Quality and compliance of clinical trials to senior management.

GMP Manufacturing Quality oversight of process and method validations, change controls, investigations, and Supplier Qualification.

Responsible to coordinate with International Quality team members to support further regional product release and regulatory filing/distribution requirements.

Actively work with cross-functional groups and CMOs to manage receipt, review, approval, and storage of documents provided by CMOs.

Support continued risk-based supplier qualification program and creation or review of related Quality Technical Agreements (QTA).

2 years management or supervisory role Preferred

Coordinate special projects, serve on hospital committees, participate in community education and hospital-wide in-service programs.

Nuclear Medicine Technician Certification Board (NMTCB) - Required - OR-

Function with initiative and independent judgment in maintaining Hospital and Department standards of quality.

Prepare fiscal budgets, contracts and systems of administrative control for review of the respective Medical Director and approval by Administration.

Radiography (ARRT-R) - Required - OR-

Minimum of five years of previous management or Imaging-related leadership experience.

Knowledge of CT, MRI, DXA, Ultrasound, Mammography desirable.

Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.

Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and must maintain registration with the ARRT on an annual basis.

Mathematical ability is required for productivity and statistical analysis, and budget preparation.
