Bachelors degree, preferably in hotel management, business administration, or a related field, required.

Five or more years of experience in the hotel industry is required; managerial experience is preferred.

An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience is considered.

The ideal candidate for this position

Monitors cash management programs and purchasing practices, including inventories and receivables.

To maintain a high level of communication with shoreside managers involving various auditing and reporting requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent preferred

Knowledge of the principles and processes involved in business and organizational planning, coordination, and execution

Able to manage and monitor financial and operations shipboard funds and submit observations and recommendations to the Director, Hotel Operations

Previous extended stay experience or experience in a hotel of similar size and complexity preferred

Establishing and implementing service recovery guidelines in order to ensure complete guest satisfaction.

Hospitality Sales experience is a plus, including Hotel Front Desk experience, Hotel Sales experience, or property management experience.

Has knowledge of the surrounding community and its current events.

Has experience with outside sales, including cold calling, networking, and generating leads independently.
