Manage USDA, FDA, FSMA compliance as well as any third-party audits.
Work closely with Production Manager and Inspection Line Lead Operators to ensure daily inspection line reports are completed accurately.
Work closely with Production Manager on the investigation and product disposition in the event of a process failure.
