Director Of Financial Planning Jobs in Texas

5+ years of experience in retail planning, inventory management, and analytics, preferably in the eCommerce fashion industry

Experience with inventory management software and tools, NetSuite preferred

Manage the forecasting and demand planning process to ensure appropriate inventory levels and reduce excess inventory

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field

Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across departments and with external partners

Supervisory experience in a high-volume operational environment required.

Demonstrated skills in designing and executing internal controls and process changes.

Superior spreadsheet, database skills, MS Office, SQL and data warehousing.

Develop tools to effectively report and reconcile all global settlement activity

Maximizing returns and minimizing risk with respect to FX.

Demonstrate leadership, team building and the ability to cross-train team members.
