Director Of Farming Operations Jobs

Assist with training in job responsibilities and safety procedures.

Perform other responsibilities related to farming or as directed by supervisor.

Have adequate leadership and communication skills to direct, schedule and coordinate personnel and services.

Lead to schedule and coordinate work and personnel at direction of Farm Supervisor.

Lead Safety Moments during team meetings.

Effectively Communicate with co-leads and supervisors about changes in daily assignments.

Strong project management skills with knowledge of operations and production management.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field required; M.B.A. is strongly preferred.

Experience across multiple functions including operations, finance and sales.

Advanced Microsoft skills required, with a focus on Excel. Outlook, Teams, and Project experience a plus.

10+ years managerial and supervisory experience.

Manage internal resources and contractors to be efficient and cost-effective.
