IT Service Management: Practical application of ITIL principles and concepts.

Collaborate to deliver exceptional, end-to-end customer experiences.

Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years leading technical services in an enterprise setting.

Service Focus: Experience in delivering exceptional service and meeting deadlines.

ITSM and DevOps certifications (e.g., ITIL v3 or 4 Foundations, practitioner).

Technical certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure, A+, Network+, CCNA, MCSE).

Drive Finance function improvements including the leveraging of new technology and partnering with the BUs and functions to optimize processes

Superior analytical and financial modeling skills combined with effective business judgment and a collaborative approach to decision making.

Leverage the newly created company-wide profitability database to identify insights and partner with the BUs to capture associated value

Partner with the Operations Leadership team to drive productivity initiatives, working capital improvements, and value creating deployment of company capital investment

Modeling and financial support on M&A and divestiture opportunities

Build trusted relationships with senior executives and functional leadership

Work with the development team to identify and connect their DevOps practices to the change management automation and tooling.

Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity compliance gates in the change management approval automation and governance.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of devops, automation, e-commerce systems and modern deployment tools such as AWS DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Harness.

Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Strong programming skills in one or more languages, such as Python, Java, or Ruby.
