Director Of Enrollment Services Jobs in Iowa

Bachelor's degree preferred, as is experience providing customer support in an educational setting.

Minimum two years' experience in high-volume customer service with diverse populations.

Experience with computer information systems, such as desktop applications, database systems, or online data processing, is required.

Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills; finalists may be expected to complete a writing exercise.

A successful Enrollment Services Specialist:

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in educational sales, admissions, or enrollment counseling

Project manages simultaneous training projects, requests and manages time to deliver with excellence and within agreed upon timeframes

Minimum of 3-5 years in a training or educational role working with adult learners

Experience working with individuals from diverse communities and cultures preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
