The Director of Design and Construction must have a strong understanding of the construction process, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects at once. The Director of Design and Construction will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing project plans, budgets, and timelines
• Managing the design process, including working with architects, engineers, and other design professionals
• Coordinating with contractors and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Ensuring that all safety regulations are followed
• Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed
• Ensuring that all project documents are accurate and up to date
• Working with local, state, and federal agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals
• Negotiating contracts with contractors and subcontractors
• Resolving any disputes that arise during the course of the project
