Director Of Customer Program Management Jobs in Massachusetts

Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization, including written, verbal, and presentation skills

Ability to work well with others and lead up, down, and laterally within the org chart. Soft leadership skills are essential.

Lead operational readiness for new product launches, ensuring tight communication and coordination across all Operations functions

Define and implement process improvements to Bevi’s end to end RMA and inventory disposition process

Coordinate inventory deployments and track field adoption of critical machine retrofits

Coordinate operational readiness for Bevi’s expansion into new international markets

Excellent project management skills – drives execution while balancing speed, quality, and cost.

Experience with commonly used project management tools including but not limited to Microsoft project.

Identify critical path, at-risk activities, and inter-dependencies. Anticipate bottlenecks, clear barriers to progress program level scenario planning & risk management

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Physical Sciences or other relevant discipline or equivalent experience. Advanced degree welcome.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the early development space.

Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to successfully influence individuals in a matrix environment
