10+ years of relevant Investment Banking, Corporate Development, or M&A experience

Software transactions experience is required

Experience working in demanding environment with driven professionals

Director or Senior Director of Corporate Development PE-Backed Software Company New York City / Remote

Devise the M&A strategy and expand deal pipeline

Analyse and evaluate market and targets companies

Proven project and event management skills. Experience with large-scale international projects and/or events is highly desirable for this position

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable but not required.

Excellent communication and computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Salesforce desirable but not required.

Assist in the management and fulfillment of ongoing needs of Global Partners within the managed portfolio.

Management of the Associate Manager, Corporate Development under the oversight of the Director, Corporate Philanthropy and Global Partnerships.

Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Develop the agenda and content for frequent management committee meetings

Coordinate with senior management on various ad-hoc requests related to firm’s strategy

Manage the firm’s financial forecast and perform analyses sensitizing operating assumptions

3+ years of investment banking or M&A advisory experience preferred

Strong communication and presentation skills

Perform detailed market analyses to identify expansion opportunities across sectors and regions
