• Create and manage content for various channels, including website, social media, and print
• Develop relationships with media outlets and influencers to increase visibility and reach
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and public sentiment to identify opportunities and risks
• Manage the company’s social media presence, including creating content, responding to comments, and engaging with followers
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders
• Create and manage press releases, media kits, and other materials
• Manage crisis communications and provide guidance on how to respond to inquiries
