Develops leadership team and especially HPS managers; leads the network of HPS leaders within the region

Previous plant director or Senior dept head background with strong experience in production and continuous improvement.
Participates in all phase assessments to provide a calibrated and objective viewpoint
Captures and disseminates current best practices worthy of reapplication

The Director will also be responsible for developing and implementing a system of metrics and measurements to track the progress of the organization’s continuous improvement initiatives. The Director will also be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to ensure that employees are knowledgeable and skilled in the use of continuous improvement tools and techniques.
