The Director will be responsible for developing and implementing a continuous improvement strategy that includes process improvement, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma. The Director will also be responsible for developing and implementing a system of metrics and measurements to track the progress of the organization’s continuous improvement initiatives. The Director will also be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to ensure that employees are knowledgeable and skilled in the use of continuous improvement tools and techniques.
