Overview The Director of Continuous Improvement Manufacturing is responsible for leading and managing the continuous improvement efforts in a manufacturing organization. This includes developing and implementing strategies to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency. The Director will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as suppliers, customers, and other departments. Detailed Job Description The Director of Continuous Improvement Manufacturing is responsible for leading and managing the continuous improvement efforts in a manufacturing organization. This includes developing and implementing strategies to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency. The Director will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as suppliers, customers, and other departments. The Director will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement, developing and implementing plans to address those areas, and measuring the results of those plans. The Director will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Job Skills Required

• Ability to develop and implement improvement plans
