Responsible for the EMR medication management component implementation, including management across six community hospitals and a 1000 bed academic medical center.

3-5 years of experience required

This role supports pharmacists, physicians, nurses, and other clinicians as the resource for requests related to the EMR changes and additions.

Bachelor Degree required, PharmD preferred

R. Ph - Pharmacist - Registered with Ohio Board of Pharmacy

$70,000 - $120,000 annual base (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location).

Manage the process for reviewing HTMG doctors’ visits and their clinical documentation

Minimum 2 years experience delivering clinical care

Minimum 3 years professional work experience in technology, healthcare, or customer support

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Experience working at a startup is a plus

Familiarity with common data model platforms (e.g., OMOP) and clinical ontologies (e.g., SNOMED) Natural language programming experience

Significant expertise with programming and statistical software experience in R, Python, SQL

Strong communication and presentation skills with fluency in spoken and written English.

Biostatistical and epidemiological study designs and analytical frameworks

Machine learning expertise for predictive modeling, disease subtyping and other data science activities

Familiarity with modern database design and operation
