Ad-hoc or project-based analyses to support key initiatives, teams, or to bridge known knowledge gaps.

Work closely with Finance leadership to translate insights into actionable strategy and forecasts.

Actively identify and implement continuous improvements to streamline and innovate the broader Finance function.

8+ years of experience in strategic analytics or BizOps at a high-growth company

Building teams with statistical methods, modeling, analytical methodologies, and data analysis skills to support the business.

Verifiable experience with analyzing data from SQL, Alteryx, Power BI, Salesforce or similar data analytics platform.

Developing standards and collection processes to support robust analytics and reporting data pipelines.

Communicating regularly with the leadership team on operational trends, results and forecasts.

A bachelor's degree in a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

A mastery of Excel and proficiency with all advanced excel formulas (Index/Match, Pivot Tables, Data Transform formulas, etc.).

Specific Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in credit risk management

Streamline and automate operational process to create scalability

Develop post-launch product and portfolio analytics, insights and reporting for strategic planning, D&ZD and executive review

Strong interpersonal and communication skills and proven experience in cultivating collaborative working relationships with teams across an organization

10+ years of experience in operations, analytics, strategy, preferably within a growing SaaS company

3+ years of experience building and managing a team

Experience analyzing and summarizing large amounts of data from multiple systems to provide a unique insight into business operations

Working knowledge of relevant systems and underlying data (Salesforce, Outreach, Zuora preferred)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail, a sense of personal accountability, and urgency for achieving results

Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
