This includes providing leadership and guidance to faculty and staff, developing and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring the campus meets its educational and financial goals. The Director will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, such as local businesses, government agencies, and other educational institutions. The Director will also be responsible for developing and managing budgets, overseeing the recruitment and retention of faculty and staff, and ensuring the campus is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
