This includes developing and implementing strategies to ensure that the organization’s benefits and health equity programs are effective and compliant with applicable laws and regulations. The Director of Benefits and Health Equity will also be responsible for overseeing the organization’s health and wellness initiatives, as well as providing guidance and support to the organization’s human resources team. The Director of Benefits and Health Equity will also be responsible for developing and managing the organization’s employee benefits and health equity programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits. The Director of Benefits and Health Equity will also be responsible for developing and managing the organization’s health and wellness initiatives, including health screenings, wellness programs, and other health and wellness initiatives.
