Provides quality Customer Service efficiently to residents, families, co-workers and vendors in a manner to ensure satisfaction.

Attain or exceed overall census and private pay objective meet or exceed objectives on inquiries and Internal Physicians marketing.

Adhere to admission process. Takes inquiries and has complete application, including financial screen, medical and personal information for all residents.

Interviews patient/ resident or patient / resident's representative to obtain necessary personal and financial data to determine eligibility for admission.

Five years professional experience in higher education enrollment management, admissions, recruitment, marketing or related field required.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; Spanish or Korean language skills a plus.

This is a hybrid position primarily working out of the Pasadena, CA campus with some availability to work from home.

Prepare plans and implement strategies that ensure Fuller delivers on annual and quarterly new student enrollment growth goals.

Actively recruit and enroll new graduate students to specific graduate programs; meet with prospective students in admissions appointments, if needed.

Prepare reports on Admissions trends for Fuller’s Board of Trustees meetings, as requested.

Demonstrated computer skills and prior experience with MS Office, CRM (Slate), database systems and student information systems

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Previous experience in higher education preferred.

Attention to detail with an eye towards accuracy with strong data entry proficiency.

Experience with databases is preferred.
