Comfort with scientific terminology and be able to seamlessly move through various medical environments, such as hospitals, doctors' offices, and pharmacies.

Familiarity with several types of providers (i.e., Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners), pediatrics preferred but not required.

Attain or exceed overall census and private pay objective meet or exceed objectives on inquiries and Internal Physicians marketing.

Adhere to admission process. Takes inquiries and has complete application, including financial screen, medical and personal information for all residents.

Interviews patient/ resident or patient / resident's representative to obtain necessary personal and financial data to determine eligibility for admission.

Five years professional experience in higher education enrollment management, admissions, recruitment, marketing or related field required.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; Spanish or Korean language skills a plus.

This is a hybrid position primarily working out of the Pasadena, CA campus with some availability to work from home.

Prepare plans and implement strategies that ensure Fuller delivers on annual and quarterly new student enrollment growth goals.

Actively recruit and enroll new graduate students to specific graduate programs; meet with prospective students in admissions appointments, if needed.

Prepare reports on Admissions trends for Fuller’s Board of Trustees meetings, as requested.

Excellent people management skills with demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate employees

Private, post-secondary admissions management experience

Manage all admissions activities to maximize efficiency at the campus

Analyze and manage conversion rates, show rates, and other departmental metrics

Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading a successful admissions/sales/customer service team

Superior written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated computer skills and prior experience with MS Office, CRM (Slate), database systems and student information systems

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Previous experience in higher education preferred.

Skills (position requirements at entry):

Attention to detail with an eye towards accuracy with strong data entry proficiency.

Experience with databases is preferred.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in admissions and enrollment management in a higher education institution

Develop, implement, and communicate admissions strategies in compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements

Foster relationships with the community and local organizations to build brand awareness and to promote SCI’s education programs

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field preferred

Experience in developing and implementing admissions strategies, policies, and procedures

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, develop and motivate teams

Manage and update student database, application paperwork and follow up documentation.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the admissions space

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Represent the college and build relationships with prospective students, their families, and community members.

Some management experience in post-secondary education or related industry highly preferred;

Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in admissions or closely related field;

Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred; some post-secondary education required;

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
