Detailed Job Description Direct Service Workers are responsible for providing direct care and support to individuals with disabilities, mental health issues, or other special needs. This may include providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and eating, as well as providing emotional support and guidance. Direct Service Workers may also provide transportation, recreational activities, and other services to help individuals reach their goals. They may also be responsible for monitoring the health and safety of the individuals they are working with, as well as providing assistance with medical appointments and other activities.
