Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education: Bachelor's degree required. MBA or Master's degree in related field preferred.

License/Certifications: Certified technologist with current eligibility for State of Maine licensure is preferred but not required.

Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of hospital radiology experience

Thorough knowledge of all areas of Radiology; high degree of technical knowledge in all imaging specialty areas.

Three or more years of experience in Residential Community/Property Management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel and property management software in order to complete required reports

Work on a team that is built on mutual respect, collaboration, excellent service and passion for providing above and beyond experiences

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution is required; College degree preferred

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Previous Program Management education and/or experience

Ability to work in “proposal” mindset (clarity of intent, knowledge of resource opportunities, matching of capabilities/offerings to opportunities, capture mentality

Prior new program development and/or capture experience

Experience leading multi-discipline teams and individual SMEs both with direct leadership responsibility and dotted line leadership responsibility

Travel Requirement: Yes, 10%-25% of the time

Technology Development – leads IR&D, CRAD teams supporting investment in shipyard technology and shipboard capability/affordability technologies
