Digital Supply Chain Specialist Jobs

Experience in digital asset management, proof reading, copy editing, and/or localization.

Order Management: verifies material availability, documentation readiness and confirmation of deliveries to site.

Highly organized with strong orientation process / project management orientation

Work with AP / Finance – performing daily / Weekly Good Receipts

Ensure daily MRP oversight for all BOM material, analysis of requirements.

Manage logistics of shipments for sample testing at external test sites and incoming goods.

Manage planning & execution of material transfer between different Novartis sites for commercial and clinical needs.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education:

Submit Purchase Requests in the Leidos procurement system based on inputs from Program Management and Operations staff.

Receive, identify and maintain records of received materials; use record keeping functions to produce regular reports to management.

May advise and assist in establishing a correct inventory of material within the Warehouse Management System.

Able to interact professionally with vendors, US Navy uniformed personnel, and management.

Determine current and future spare requirements by analyzing stock balance, past consumption rates, and reliability and maintainability information.

Work with product Asset Managers in monitoring and assessing level setting

Also responsible for data entry into automated systems to ensure parts availability

Minimum 3 years’ experience in aerospace, supply chain, and logistics

Minimum 3 years' experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and Word

USAF Standard Base Supply System (SBSS) via Integrate Logistics Solution-Supply (ILS-S) experience

·4-year college degree Supply Chain management or relevant discipline.

·negotiation skills. Also, assists in contract execution, implementation and supplier reviews for assigned contracts.

·May drafts purchase orders and agreements for approval by the Sourcing & Commodity Manager.

·Experience and/or exposure to supply chain concepts and methodologies, and manufacturing through internships or training programs.

·Possess analytical and technical skills required to understand business practices and recommend proper automation opportunities.

·Must have intermediate computer skills and be able to understand of electronic processing.
