5 years of project management experience.

Business operations background, be detail driven and have excellent problem solving and program management skills.

Extensive knowledge of Project Management Systems.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Manage external production team in the design and development of CRM assets deliverables.

Experience developing, training, and managing process.

Experience and knowledge of streaming platforms

Manage the digital marketing team calendars and assist in setting up meetings, conference calls

Some experience with Photoshop, basic HTML, social media publishing tools and video editing

Four (4) years of marketing experience in homebuilding/housing/real estate industry required

SalesForce and JD Edwards knowledge a plus

Strong PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-Point)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Technology and Customer Experience Troubleshooting

Experience in: Shopify, Klaviyo, and Asana

Marketing emails, including retargeting / reengagement emails

Assist with the creation and scheduling of social content
