Digital Customer Support Agent Jobs in California

Contributing to the efficiency of the software support department, while also supporting their team members

Be a subject matter expert on the SkySlope platform and confidently resolve issues customers are having

Knowledge/experience with troubleshooting difficult technology issues.

Exceptional reading, listening and writing skills.

Experience with software such as Google Docs, Slack, etc.

Experience with Customer Service Software (Desk, ZenDesk, Help Scout, etc.)

Collaborate with other agents to resolve issues and respond to cases in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.

Follow internal guidelines for appropriate customer communication.

This is a remote / Work From Home position

Exceptional knowledge of products and the ability to provide support and training on the product.

Explaining processes, forms and procedures to callers, ensuring that customers understand required documentation requirements and subsequent measures

1-3 years of customer service experience

Exceptional interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

Participate in classroom training sessions and product knowledge seminars.

1-2 years of marketing, sales or customer service experience

Strong desire to continue learning and developing professional skill sets

Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Increase community awareness on available promotions and services through interactive outreach initiatives

Educate community members on available services
