L’Occitane Store Management could request 24 hours in advance early start, late closing based on workload.

Manage all supplies needed to process order packing. Ordering Packaging, packing slip supplies.

Manage receiving of inventory shipments to the Toronto warehouse to fulfill all web orders.

Manage all Canada web returns that come to the Toronto office and put stock back into Inventory rotation

· Knowledge of the ever changing influencer landscape across different sectors

· Overarching knowledge of various social media platforms inclusive of Instagram, Facebook & TikTok

· Manage product mailing from concept to execution mass mail outs

· Compiling media lists for events and manage guest list

· 1-2 years of relevant working experience

· Beauty PR experience is preferred
