Management of budget for vendors and projects

Manage day-to-day content, developing and executing new strategic initiatives and site features, coordinating all creative deliverables and site approvals

5-7 years experience in building CRM plans and executing from start to finish, with clear results

Experience with ESP (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide optimization recommendations working with structured and unstructured data

Excellent organization skills with avid attention to detail and follow through.

Explain the features and benefits of our merchandise in addition to DFS’ service differentiators

1-2 years of retail experience with accurate and quick transaction handling ability

Previous retail, customer service, hospitality services, or Luxury brand boutique experience preferred

Provide accurate product and shop promotion information to the customers

Sell to customer's needs and cross-sell other products and brands to exceed customer's expectations

Demonstrate product on clients’ skin/face e.g. color cosmetics and skincare applications

Stocking requirements can involve reaching above & below shoulder level and lifting 25-50 pound boxes

Customer Service - Responsible for:

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings & weekends, due to shift rotation

Ability to use computer keyboard, standard telephone and other related business equipment

Hand manipulation to remove sensor tags

Ability to push / pull 100-500 pounds when moving stock carts

Articulate, knowledgeable and passionate about both cosmetics and fragrance

All offers are contingent upon successful completion and passing of background checks and/or employment verification results.

Competitive rate of pay of: $18.40 an hour
