Weekly update and maintenance of PO Log. (Communicate with vendors and planners, manage order updates)

Daily responsibility of IMS screens (minimum 2x daily)

Vendor Communications including product and price variance, weight variance, collecting revised invoices as needed.

Consistent communication and follow through with internal business partners (sample room, DC, MRPC, AP, QA, fast track, A&H supply partners etc.)

Having at least 2-3 years of Admin experience

3+ years of office experience.

Payroll processing experience (ADP Payroll system)

Pull/create reports from the ADP Payroll system (Excel/PivotTable experience)

Good MS skills: Excel & Word

Might be open to remote candidates

Ability to learn and adapt to new skills needed for the position.

Inspect all work for quality and completion.

Provide excellent production & detail customer service.

Report for shift on time, dressed in proper uniform, and ready to go to work at vacuum, detail, and production services.

Work outside in varying temperatures and conditions

Work on your feet for extended periods of time

Work quickly with a sense of urgency
