Complete ongoing training to earn and maintain certification to book travel

Effectively manage your time when researching trips and communicating with clients

Research, Create, and Execute exceptional itineraries for clients

Review individuals needs and wants for travel, to ensure you can cater a trip specially designed to meet their needs

Attend ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers, to become specialized with specific destinations

Work along side of other team members

Partners with Event Management and/or Operations in providing a customer experience that exceeds the customer’s expectations.

Provides accurate, complete and effective turnover to Event Management

High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area.

Coordinates site visits and partners when appropriate for in-market sales managers (e.g., Account Executives and Senior Account Executives)

Partners with account/selling manager to develop creative aspects of site visit

Provides expert knowledge on local destination (e.g., local attractions, events, etc.)

Provide clients with information such as advisories and passport requirements

Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Consult with clients to determine their needs and preferences

Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and transportation options based on preferences and budget

Book arrangements, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and activities, using online booking systems

Work with internal campaign managers to build strategy and coach them on the ability to deliver exceptional value to our partners

Build and develop an engagement strategy to demonstrate the Madden Media ability to deliver exceptional value to our accounts

Constantly working to discover new trends and opportunities as a sales and marketing professional

Energy and drive to convey the importance of the always-changing marketing landscape to our clients

Work with accounts to identify, discuss, and close large value contracts

Exceptional organizational, customer service, time management, and communication skills are essential

Experience in customer service, hospitality, or tourism

Personal experience with both domestic and international travel is considered an advantage

Research to locate the best pricing and options according to client's specifications

Promote tours, vacation packages, resorts, cruises, sporting events and more

Book itineraries for guests in their desired location, ensuring their specifications for their stay are met

5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in an outdoor gear and clothing retail environment.

Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of achieving results through team members.

Work collaboratively with other store managers, departments, and cross-functional teams to drive results and optimize the customer experience.

Data driven with the ability to report to stakeholders and executive management.

Lead and manage a team of retail associates to ensure exceptional customer service is provided in-store, online, and on the phone.

Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills, grow their careers and support their success.

Previous project management and/or project accounting experience preferred

Produce and present project summaries & reports for senior management and stakeholders

3+ years of accounting, finance, or other relevant work experience required

Solid understanding of accounting, project accounting, and project management principles

Produce tracking files of development projects to inform upper management of notable dates and financial milestones.
