It Desktop Services Analyst Jobs in Massachusetts

Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems, both remotely and on-site.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT documentation, including procedures, guidelines, and knowledge base articles.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support and network administration.

Basic to intermediate networking knowledge with the ability and interest to learn and specialize in Cisco Meraki technologies.

Familiarity with the Cisco Meraki dashboard, wireless technologies, and cloud-managed network devices is a plus.
