They are responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, and providing technical support to users. They are responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, and providing technical support to users. They must be able to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and provide solutions to users. They must also be able to install and configure hardware and software, and maintain and update systems. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of computer hardware and software
