Designer Level I Jobs

You are knowledgeable about PvP Level Design tools and workflow.

Demonstrable level design experience with modern PvP FPSes (Call of Duty, Overwatch, Valorant, etc.)

Excellent communication skills and approachable attitude

Experience working on live games.

You are an effective communicator. You make abstract level design concepts intuitive to other disciplines.

You have an impressive portfolio of PvP maps.

Research and conduct comparisons on products, services and vendors; compare availability, quality and cost factors for departmental needs.

Review requisitions for completeness, accuracy, cost effectiveness, and adherence to standards, codes, County policies, and procedures.

Perform routine market, total life cycle cost, value, price, and limited cost analysis.

Investigate complaints by departments and resolve delivery or other problems; may supervise support staff.

Prior to the closing date, upload a copy of your official/unofficial transcripts.

Good understanding of content management systems.

Remote-first workforce – relocation not required.

Maintain knowledge of current best practices for web usability

Understand and has experience with every phase of design process (conception, comp presentation, execution, design QA, maintenance)

4+ years professional design experience

Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and presentations

Using your experience and tools to make the worlds come alive.

Experience using a level editor (UE4, or similar).

Experience working closely and communicating with artists.

Experience designing and building multiplayer levels, ideally Battle Royale style play spaces.

3+ years post graduate progressive experience in the field of architecture

Working knowledge with InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

Supports Project Designer or Project Manager on developing design concepts and solutions.

Authorized to work legally in the United States without restrictions.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from a NAAB accredited program
