Overview Designer Associate is a position that requires a creative individual with a passion for design and a keen eye for detail. The Designer Associate is responsible for creating and executing designs for a variety of projects, including websites, print materials, and digital media. The Designer Associate must be able to work independently and collaboratively with other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Detailed Job Description The Designer Associate is responsible for creating and executing designs for a variety of projects, including websites, print materials, and digital media. The Designer Associate must be able to work independently and collaboratively with other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. The Designer Associate must be able to take direction from the Creative Director and other team members, and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Designer Associate must be able to work with a variety of software programs, including Adobe Creative Suite, and must be able to create designs that are visually appealing and meet the client’s needs. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Knowledge of web design principles
• Knowledge of print design principles
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to take direction and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field
• At least two years of experience in design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Knowledge of web design principles
• Knowledge of print design principles
