Participate in the production of on-air weather content

Research weather and science related stories, and provide information to on-air talent

Learn weather graphics software, and build elements for on-air use

Experience in 1 or more programming languages (C/C++, Python, Matlab, Java, ROS, etc...)

Strong math skills and ability to learn complex engineering concepts

Must be registered for at least 6 credit hours with your university during working semesters

2.5 or higher cumulative GPA

Familiarity with Linux and open-source tools

Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas

Knowledge of setting up cameras, tripods, mics, small lights, etc.

What You Need To Succeed (minimum Qualifications)

Nice to have knowledge in the following software:

Gather scripts and other assets from client

Schedule shoot dates/times/book and secure locations/rooms

Prepare/charge batteries, equipment, media cards

Strong math skills and ability to learn complex engineering concepts

Familiarity with Linux and open source tools

Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas

Must be enrolled full-time (12+ credit hours)

Must have a 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA

Commit to 20 hours of work per week

Time management skills, with the ability to handle various responsibilities while meeting strict deadlines.

The Project Management Intern must be a flexible and adaptable team-player, as well as have strong communication and organizational skills.

Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant field required.

Demonstrated interest in construction management and the construction industry.

Assist and support Project Engineers, Project Managers and Superintendents on assigned projects.

Process submittals and gather/distribute information; manage high quality project documentation and process within budget and on schedule.

Knowledge in engineering principles, theory and practice as well as product knowledge.

Knowledge of Product Delivery Process programs.
